Todd Miller is a seasoned intellectual property attorney who has worked with some of the world’s leading technology companies, as well as start-ups, re-starts, and entrepreneurs, to help them cultivate and enhance their intellectual property assets. He brings a unique combination of engineering, patent prosecution, and trial-lawyer skills to the table. Todd is also a frequent lecturer and author. He has spoken nationwide and internationally on topics such as practical intellectual property guidance for executives and entrepreneurs. He has also been published worldwide with over 20 articles directed to all aspects of intellectual property.
Mr. Miller attended University of Florida (B.S. in Materials Science Engineering 1990), the Thomas M. Cooley Law School (J.D. 1995; Law Review) and The George Washington University (LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law with highest honors 1997).
