Brad has a record of innovatively solving critical business, marketing, branding, & communications challenges. He has made demonstrable and significant impact on his clients’ revenues and profits. He combines strategic rigor and discipline with creative business-building ideation and works in a collaborative and adaptive style.

He has held leadership positions at some of the largest, most respected agencies in the world, including J. Walter Thompson (President) and Ogilvy & Mather (Managing Partner). He has led business development efforts resulting in nearly $1B in new business.

Brad has helped solve critical and complex challenges for brands as varied as Symantec, Bank of America, Acura, Bolthouse Farms, Jaguar, KFC, American Express, WaveJet, and Chevron. He has helped his clients achieve category leadership, increase sales and share, revitalize brands, capture new markets and launch new products. His efforts have been awarded several EFFIEs for campaign results and Clios and Beldings for exceptional creativity. 

He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA from the University of Colorado. He has served on numerous boards and is an Adjunct Professor and frequent guest lecturer at universities as well as a judge at business plan competitions.
