Bardia Dejban is an internet and mobile technology entrepreneur with a focus in creating high-performing product, marketing and engineering teams that deliver and promote high-quality software. His most recent venture, Codalytics (www.codalytics.com), is aimed at disrupting the SaaS B2B industry by providing a real-time evaluation of projects and people so organization leaders can focus on running their companies, instead of managing source code.
Bardia also founded Lolay, Inc (www.lolay.com), which has launched mobile and web software products for organizations such as Thomson Reuters, OpenTable, Kaiser Permanente, eHarmony, MyLife.com (formerly Reunion.com), Gifts.com, Oversee, Live Nation and many venture-backed startups across the United States. Lolay specializes in Design (UI/UX), Engineering and Marketing within the mobile software industry.
Prior to founding Lolay, Bardia Dejban led CityGrid Media’s Mobile division (engineering, product, and profitability) and has served in a variety of leadership and technical roles within industries such as dating, payment card, banking and advertisement, including Senior Manager, Engineering at eHarmony.com where he led architecture, infrastructure and mobile efforts. Bardia’s prior roles also include Intuit and S1 Corporation.
Bardia holds a MBA with an Entrepreneurship specialization from the George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.
